How long do the fragrances last?
Our fragrances typically last 8–24 hours, depending on the fragrance type, skin chemistry, usage, and environment. Weather conditions, temperature, and application can also affect performance.
Are your perfumes original or inspired fragrances?
Our perfumes are originally crafted by Xscent Pakistan. Some fragrances are our own unique creations, while others are inspired recreations of well-known perfumes. Every Xscent fragrance is specially crafted and available exclusively through Xscent.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please note that delivery charges may apply to COD orders, along with a 4% government tax on the COD amount. For a more cost-effective option, we recommend choosing advance payment.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your city, courier service, and public holidays.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all advance-paid orders across Pakistan. For COD orders, delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,999.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition, including the original box and packaging.
What is the concentration of your perfumes?
Our fragrances are crafted as Extrait de Parfum, with a concentration of up to 40% for most of our collection. Due to the premium-grade oils used in our OUD fragrance, OUD is formulated at approximately 30–33% concentration to maintain the right balance and performance.
Can I order multiple perfumes in one order?
Yes, you can order as many perfumes as you like. However, the maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (COD) is Rs. 9,999. For orders above Rs. 9,999, you’ll need to pay the full amount in advance or make a 30–50% advance payment, depending on the order value.
