## Exchanges

Products may only be exchanged if:

* The product arrived damaged or leaking

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos as proof.

## Refunds

Refunds are only approved in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Refund requests without valid proof may not be accepted.

## Non-Refundable Items

Used products or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.

## Processing Time
