• The fragrance does not perform as expected or its performance significantly differs from the stated product description.
• The bottle arrives damaged or defective.
• The product is leaking or has been damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and box. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details of the issue. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable exchange or refund.
