🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes. However, we do offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange if:

• You received the wrong product

• The product arrived damaged or leaking

• The package is unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery

❌ Not eligible if:

• The perfume has been opened, used, or tested

• You did not like the scent (we recommend ordering a sample/tester kit first)

• You failed to inform us within 7 days of receiving the item

💵 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa
